Refund policy

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to let us know of any concerns. Please provide pictures and/or videos to explain the issue.

We would be happy to issue refunds/exchanges but need to understand the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product in order to identify issues in our processes.

If the issue is on our side, we would be happy to proceed with refunds/exchanges. 

After you reach out, we will let you know whether we can accept your return, for which you bear responsibility for return shipping fees and will start the return process.
